Base Fee: 💲80
Signatures: ➕ $2 per signature (in accordance with New York State notary fee guidelines)

Special Services:
🏥 Nursing Homes & Hospital Visits ONLY (weekend availability)
⚡ Emergency & same-day appointments available upon request

Get professional, on-site notarization at your convenience—even on weekends. Ideal for urgent needs, homebound clients, and healthcare facility visits.

✅ Acceptable Forms of ID for Notarization

Clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. Acceptable IDs include:

• State-Issued Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID
• U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
• Foreign Passport (with U.S. Visa or I-94 if applicable)
• U.S. Military ID
• Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
• State-Issued ID from another U.S. state
• NYC Municipal ID (IDNYC) – Accepted for many, but not all, legal documents
• NYS Department of Corrections Inmate ID – Must be current

⚠️ ID Requirements:

• Must be current (not expired)
• Must display a clear photo, full name, and signature
• Must be issued by a government agency

🚫 IDs Not Accepted:

• Work or School IDs
• Credit or Debit Cards
• Social Security Cards
• Birth Certificates (by themselves)
